Summary

Spend less of your day fighting your tools, and more of it on the judgment only you can make.

Over the past months, every release of Marble's compliance AI platform has gone into this one thing:

giving compliance teams back the hours that rigid, disconnected tooling used to take.

Risk ratings that stay current on their own. Case deadlines you can see, manage, and prove. A workspace that keeps getting faster to work in.

Here's what we built to match your standards, and how it makes their work easier.

Risk rating with precision

Know exactly how risky every customer is, at every moment. Marble's Customer Risk Assessment scores every customer automatically and keeps that score current as their behavior changes, so your team spends its time on the customers who actually warrant it, not on re-rating spreadsheets.

This is important because risk ratings must rest on solid grounds. Yet the ground never stops moving: a customer transacts in a new way, a profile changes, a screening hit lands. The rating you set at onboarding is rarely correct months later.

Outdated ratings are worse than none.

Marble’s Customer Risk Assessment keeps it correct, automatically.

Scoring recomputes the moment reality changes: a profile shift, a new screening result, a high-risk transaction. It sharpens over time by learning from your own confirmed cases, not a generic model.

This is the part a legacy tool can’t match: scoring and monitoring run on the same platform, in real time. A high-risk customer is automatically held to stricter thresholds, a low-risk one to lighter ones. No gap between the score and the controls that act on it.

Precise risk tells you which cases matter most. The next question is whether they're handled in time.

Deadlines you can see, and rely on

Never lose a case to a missed deadline again. Case SLAs give your team a live view of every case against its clock. So nothing slips out of sight and you can prove anytime that every deadline was met. Turn deadline anxiety into something you simply manage.

Cases always run on a clock, set by you, a regulator, a policy, or a partner. But so far, a way to see it was usually missing. When deadlines live in spreadsheets somewhere or someone's memory, you can't rely on them. And you certainly can't show them to a regulator or an auditor.

Case SLAs put the clock right on the screen. You set a time limit per inbox, and every case inherits it on arrival. You manage the limits, and they hold.

Deadlines now fit your policy, not a tool's default settings. You manage your own time, on your own terms.

The record is built as the work happens, not reconstructed in a hurry before a review. So when your board or a regulator asks whether deadlines are being met, the answer is already on screen – clean and complete.

Then we went further. A deadline you can see is good, and a deadline you can manage is better. Dedicated SLA analytics track status over time. They show you which inboxes keep running late. So you can add resources or adjust a threshold well before anything is missed.

You stop reacting to delays. You start preventing them.

It turns a source of quiet anxiety into something you investigate and manage with the same control you bring to everything else.

Precise risk and visible deadlines only pay off if the daily work moving through them is smooth. So we spent the same six months refining the hours in between.

Refining the daily work, release by release

Get more done in less time, every day. Across six months of releases, we've made the everyday work of compliance faster from investigation to reporting, so your team cleans more with the same headcount.

To do that, we took Marble from version 1.0 to 1.9. Not everything we shipped arrived as a headline. Most of it is the quieter craft:

making a compliance officer's day made faster and steadier, one release at a time.

We started with investigation. The case manager is rebuilt around continuous screening with the search, filtering, and bulk actions improved. AI-written rule descriptions explain every rule in plain language, giving you audit clarity without the translation work.

Then we looked at the material you bring. We widened your choice of screening data, adding LexisNexis WorldCompliance alongside the engines you already use. Self-hosted teams can configure their own providers, and manual searches can be saved rather than repeated.

And we smoothed the friction that adds up across a day. API CSV ingestion to get data in faster, seven-day sessions for fewer logins, MFA and enterprise-grade security on infrastructure you can trust, and a harmonized design system so the platform feels like one considered piece, not parts bolted together.

None of these is necessarily a headline alone. Together, they're the same act repeated: improving compliance workflows one stroke at a time, under your own expert control.

The perfect form is never finished

This is what compliance AI should be:

one refined workflow where risk, cases, and decisions fall neatly into place.

Not a rigid tool you bend your process around, but a platform that adapts to your framework, keeps your record clean, and gives your team back the hours legacy tools take.

We're not done, and we won't be. A compliance workflow is never finished being perfected, and we'll keep refining edges you may not even have noticed yet.
